Barwon Heads Kindergarten believes that the provision of high quality kindergarten produces positive outcomes for children and  provides them with the best opportunity to reach their full potential. We highly value a play based learning curriculum that is developmentally appropriate and is able to respond to individual children’s strengths and areas of interest.

The Kindergarten provides an environment where children can feel free to express themselves, feel empowered and positively develop their sense of self. We encourage caring and respect for others and an inclusive culture that embraces diversity.   We also aim to develop partnerships with parents that provide them with the support and knowledge they need to foster a lifelong learning continuum.
